Draft Zoning Issues and Recommendations
Please visit the Documents page to review a running list of draft zoning issues and recommendations, which will be part of the new Unified Development Code (UDC). These documents have been reviewed by the project’s Steering Committee, with the most recent meetings held on March 24, May 26, and June 22, 2021. The next set of draft zoning issues and recommendations will be reviewed by the Steering Committee at their next meeting scheduled on July 28, 2021.
